This office is the primary location of Dr. Victor Connors and Dr. Scott Jens. The office is located in the heart of downtown Middleton, at 7601 University Ave. The building is directly across from the Middleton Fire Department, just east of the Beltline overpass of University Ave./Hwy. 14.

Office hours are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday, with Dr. Connors having evening hours until 7:00 pm on Monday and Thursday.

The staff includes Office Manager Kim, Optical Technician Holly, Optical Specialist Ken, Optometric Technicians Katie, Julie, Brenda, and Dale, and Care Coordinator Andrea.
